Advanced Home Pros was started after the Real Estate crash in 2008 and 2009 by the Patriarch of the family. He decided it was time to look at other industries he could get involved in that might provide good opportunities for his boys to create a family business. With the frustration he had personally dealing with the different Home Service providers over the years, he knew they could make a difference by providing customers the service the big Companies just don't give to customers.
He knew that finding home security solutions and reliable internet services didn’t have to be so frustrating for a customer. Because he didn’t know the business, he understood how crucial it was to learn it by starting at the bottom and working his way up. He knew nothing about smart home security and internet services at the time, so he immersed himself in learning about the industry. He was determined to make a change that would positively impact his life and the lives of others.
He embarked on this journey in 2010 working as a sales representatives for a couple of years for other dealers, he felt it was time to open his own business. In 2015 we launched our business and focused on making the consumer our first priority. We wanted to make sure that everybody that we worked with was personally taken care of under the supervision of our team so that they were guaranteed superior customer service. We know the value of excellent customer service and knew we could provide our customers the experience they deserved that Steve & his boys learned from their Grandfather/Great grandpa many years ago.
