Steve Cloward started Advanced Home Pros after the Real Estate crash in 2008 and 2009 when he decided it was time to look at other industries he could get involved in. With the frustration he had personally dealing with Television and internet providers he's had over the years, he knew we could make a difference in this industry.
He knew that finding home services and getting help with home services didn’t have to be so frustrating for a customer. Because he didn’t know the business he knew how important it was that he learned it by starting at the bottom and working his way up. He knew nothing about home services at the time so he dived deep into learning about the industry. He knew that he wanted to make a change that made a difference in his life but also in the lives of others. He started down this path in 2010 and has helped over 10,000 customers with their TV, Internet, Home Security and Solar services.
After working as customer service agents and sales representatives for a couple of years for other dealers, we felt it was time to open our own dealership. In 2015 we launched our business and focused on making our customers our first priority. We wanted to make sure that everybody that we worked with was personally taken care of under the supervision of our team so that they were guaranteed superior customer service. We know the value of excellent customer service and knew we could provide our customers the experience they deserved that we learned from our Grandfather many years ago.
